pizza night

pizza nights are too few and far between so i decided i'd fire up the oven (gas oven unfortunately) and cook one up tonight. i've been struggling to come up with any half decent gourmet recipes so i decided to go with the good ole supreme - everyone loves a supreme!!

and so here were tonights efforts...

i'm not entirely sure what it was i did tonight, but it was one of my finest pizza's yet! the flavour's were nicely balanced, the crust was crispy yet remained soft, and last but not least, it looked half decent! it's rather rare that i manage to string all the pieces together - score!
